Terms of Use

The one-sentence summary: Fluir is a personal organization app — use it calmly, subscribe if you want, cancel whenever you want, and always look after your health with professionals.

1. What Fluir is (and is not)

Fluir helps you organize routine, habits, medications, mood, focus and personal finances. It is an organization and journaling tool: it is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not replace doctors, therapists or any health professional. Generated reports only organize the records you created.

2. Account

Creating an account is optional — the app works without one, with data stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. The account can be deleted at any time inside the app (Account → Delete my account).

3. Fluir+ subscription

• Fluir+ is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store, with a free trial when offered.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at purchase confirmation; it renews automatically and is charged up to 24h before the period ends, unless you cancel in Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions.
• Cancelled? You keep Fluir+ until the end of the paid period. None of your data is deleted: everything you created stays visible and downloading your data stays free.
• Prices may vary by country and are always shown before purchase.

4. Your data

It's yours. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy — summary: nothing is sold, nothing becomes advertising, deletion and download available in the app.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Fluir for illegal activities, to try to access other people's data, or to interfere with the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Fluir is provided "as is". We work with care to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific health, productivity or financial outcomes. Decisions about medication and treatment belong to you and your health professionals.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; relevant changes will be announced in the app or on this page. The current version is always the one published here.
