5 minutes turn into 1 hour? It has a name: time blindness
Originally in Brazilian Portuguese, with English audio and subtitles.
Transcript
Five minutes that turn into an hour? That has a name: time blindness. Many people with ADHD feel time differently. It’s like time only has two modes: now and not now. It’s not carelessness. Your internal clock just works another way. What helps: make time visible.
A timer in sight, an alarm before it’s time, a clock with hands. How long do you think this video lasted?
