Originally in Brazilian Portuguese, with English audio and subtitles.
This video is a focus session with company: 1h50 with a timer on screen, soft brown noise and Flu beside you, quiet almost the whole time. Flu only speaks at the opening, the break, the return and the end — it’s all here, with the moment of each part in the video.
Transcript
0:01 Hi! I’m Flu, and today I’ll study right beside you. For many people with ADHD, having someone around, even in silence, makes it easier to start and keep going. Before the timer starts, today’s tip: write down the first thing you’ll do. Make it tiny. Like: open the PDF to page twelve. That’s it. If your mind wanders off, that’s okay. Look at the paper and come back. Two fifty-minute blocks, with a ten-minute break in between. So, shall we? One thing at a time.
50:40 Break time! First block, done. Get up, drink some water, stretch. Try to leave your phone alone: a real break rests you more. I’ll wait for you here.
1:00:28 Coming back? Sit down and breathe. Check your paper: what’s the next small thing? One more block, right here with me.
1:50:40 That’s it! Take a deep breath. What got done, got done. And what you did today counts. If you want, tell me in the comments what you studied. See you next session. Bye!
